What is the game about?

Each scenario takes place in highly immersive, lifelike sets. From the very beginning, you are welcomed outside by a game master who introduces you to the story. Your goal is to progress from room to room and try to complete the adventure within the allotted time. To move forward, you will need to search the rooms, solve puzzles, activate mechanisms, discover secret passages...

Participants’ Age?

The experiences are open to anyone aged 12 and over. If there is no adult in the group, all participants must be over 16. However, we strongly recommend a higher minimum age (14 and 16 respectively) for the thriller and horror scenarios, as they may be frightening.

Number of Participants?

Each experience can be played by groups of 2 to 6 people. There is no need to let us know in advance if the number of players increases: if more people attend than originally planned, you can simply pay for the additional places before the game. The corresponding reduced group rate will apply.

Difficulty?

Our experiences are suitable for everyone. The difficulty is adjusted to each group by the game master so that you can enjoy the experience as much as possible. Feel free to let us know when you arrive if you would like the game to be more or less challenging!

Where and When?

The experiences take place at our premises near Place de la République in Paris. Your meeting point is located nearby, outdoors. The exact meeting point for each adventure is provided in your booking confirmation email. The game master will meet you there and guide you to the entrance of the room, less than a 3-minute walk from each meeting point.

Duration?

Each experience lasts one hour inside the rooms, except for The Witches and The New World, which have a 75-minute game time. There is also an introduction and a debrief, bringing the total experience to approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or around 90 minutes for The Witches and The New World. You will be welcomed exactly at your scheduled time, so please do not be late! If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the start time of your booking, we can no longer guarantee that you will be able to take part in the experience you booked.

Available Languages?

All our rooms are available in French and can also be played entirely in English upon prior request. Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the room accordingly and make sure your game master is able to speak English.

Contraindications?

We do not recommend our experiences for pregnant women, people with epilepsy, people suffering from severe claustrophobia, or people with reduced mobility. Due to the presence of lighting effects and narrow secret passages, the experiences may not be suitable for these participants. We also advise people with injuries or heart conditions not to take part in the thriller and horror rooms.

Are we really locked in?

No, you are not actually locked in. The game master always has immediate access to an emergency button that switches on the emergency lighting and opens all the doors. You will then simply need to follow the illuminated arrows to make your way outside.

Cancellation or reschedule?

Bookings cannot be modified. Once you book a session, we incur organisational and staffing costs, so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

Personal Data?

Personal data is kept strictly for booking-related purposes and is neither shared nor sold to third parties.

Cameras?

To allow the game master to follow your progress, all rooms are monitored by video surveillance. All recordings are automatically deleted within two weeks after your booking, allowing us to review what happened in the event of any issue.
